AWCI provides post-offer physical screenings at the point of hire, so that the results can be used for hiring purposes and as a baseline in the event of a future injury. In a return-to-work evaluation, a baseline enables our evaluator to compare the “injured employee” results with the “un-injured employee” results. Consequently, you have a more effective return-to-work mechanism as well as reductions in unnecessary injury claims.
Post-Offer Evaluations can be completed in-clinic if testing is preferred to be off-site. We can also offer ARCON evaluations as an on-site service with our PORTABLE ARCON. Often post-offer evaluations can be done in coordination with other training or administrative hiring requirements. We have provided over 3500 Post-Offer Evaluations for companies as functional screening of new employees to help avoid un-necessary injury claims later.
